Joseph L. Feshbach
Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Feshbach has over 20 years of investment experience as a fund manager as well as a private investor. Along with brothers Matthew and Kurt, Mr. Feshbach helped found and manage a leading investment partnership solely dedicated to “informational short selling” from the early 1980s to the early 1990s.
He has held Chairman, CEO and Director positions in public companies during the passage and implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley and related corporate governance reform. He has been a sitting board member of a public company undergoing a major accounting restatement that included a forensic accounting investigation and major management turnover.
In the last five years Mr. Feshbach has architected and/or sat on Boards engaged in over $400 million worth of acquisitions and divestures in 15 separate transactions and nearly $500 million in debt and equity financings in six separate deals.
